The stunning Scottsdale area is an awesome place to live, visit, or to spend the day out on the town. There is always different events, concerts, and nightlife happening. With places such as Scottsdale fashion square mall, West World, and Scottsdale Waterfront. It is obvious to see why Scottsdale Arizona is an ideal location for businesses as well as Scottsdale homeowners.
It is no secret with all that is going on in Scottsdale Arizona. Scottsdale is also home to some of Arizona’s most beautiful luxury homes. In addition to the spectacular Scottsdale homes. The downtown Scottsdale area “the heart of Scottsdale” has always attracted amazing restaurants. From fine dinning to bar food, there is something for everyone. Recently downtown Scottsdale has made plans for some new restaurants coming to the area. Set to open later this year and into 2014, you may start to see some new restaurants pop up in the area.
One is Hula’s Modern Tiki, which currently has a location in downtown Phoenix as well. I personally have been to the Downtown Phoenix location several times and had a great experience every time. With their awesome food and atmosphere it is great to see them now expanding t0 the Scottsdale area. Along with new restaurants in the city of Scottsdale, you will also see some restaurants changing locations. For example Salty Senorita’s is scheduled to move a block north of Scottsdale Road. Taking Salty’s place will be a new upscale tavern, called Union Barrel House.
If the changes of local bars and eateries in Scottsdale isn’t enough. There have also been some changes to the famous West World stadium. With the recent renovating it is no wonder the updated 130,000-square-foot North Hall will be hosting the 2014 Barrett Jackson Collector Car Event in January. A grand opening of West World to reveal the recent changes is scheduled for Nov. 23, however much of the renovated facility is already up and running.
