I am always looking for new ways to help clients and open to your suggestions. As we begin to enter the end of 2018, we have introduced more options to help add additional value for home sellers and home buyers. This ranges from different loan programs for buyers with our preferred lenders, as well as buyer and seller credits along with additional marketing options for sellers to get creative. This will further ensure that sellers will get their home sold and net as much as possible at closing. I often find that we offer more than most other agents in our local real estate market and without all of the “fluff” and marketing tactics.
